calibration of Teststand routines for ISO purposes

I need to come up with a method of calibrating my Teststand routines for ISO 9001:2000 compliance.  All of the equipment in my test station is calibrated, but I have been told that an ISO audit will require a calibration of the entire system (software and hardware).  Does anyone have any experience with ISO certification and Teststand or Labview routines?

Bill,

Is it ok if we have someone from NI contact you at the email address listed in your account in order get further details and clarification on providing that?

I've been audited several times by both internal and ISO auditors and I've never heard the word 'calibrated' with regard to software. We do have a validation procedure documented and a procedure for revision control. I don't have personal copy of ISO 9001 but I can probably borrow one and I would like to know what section of the standard talks about software calibration this other person is refering to.
