expiration of TS deployment license

Deployed a test system to a customer recently and am getting complaints about the license expiring in 45 days.  Is the 2,200-$ debug deployment license limited to 1 year?

Can you have the customer go into NI License Manager and send us a screenshot of their TestStand Debug Deployment Environment?  Also, what is the customer's serial number?

It might be easier to call our support line at 866 275 6964 and speak with an Applications Engineer about this one.  That way, you could go back and forth with screenshots if necessary and wouldn't have to publicly post any serial numbers.

I believe that when you buy a licence of TestStand Debug Deployment, the licence is for that version at time of purchase, and includes updates to later versions within one year of purchase:

TestStand Debug Deployment Environment License
779851-35	TestStand Debug Deployment Environment License, Include 1 Year SSP

Is your licence being managed by a volume licence agreement?  I think normally you wouldn't get that message with a single seat licence.
