When you say, "I want to run it from TestStand or CVI," if you mean calling that VI from TestStand, then you would use the LabVIEW Adapter Type and most likely the Action Step Type. You can find more help on how to do that in Chapter 3 of the Using TestStand manual.
If you want to call that VI from CVI, then the easiest way would be to make an executable out of that VI and running that executable in CVI with the Launch Executable function found in the Utility Library. You can find more help on creating an executable in LabVIEW in LabVIEW Help (search for Stand-Alone Application).
