memory leak

Hi guys,
I am stuck on this memory leak problem. I am hoping someone would have an answer for me.
I am currently running 3 test stands. 3 test systems that are the same. Same hardware, same software versions.
I am using windows XP with labview 7.0 on all systems.
I have a PXI-1042 on all systems.
One of my system however have a memory leak.
I don't know why, but i set them all up the same.
I have read threads about this issue and many people suggested upgrading the .dll files or something like that.
when I do closed out the Labview program, the memory leak problem stopped.
I have tried using the VI profiler to find the VIs that causes the leak but nothing really helped.

has anyone have similar problems? can you please help me.
thanks in advance

What kind of tests are the three stations running? Are they all running the same VI or executable?

I am saving data to excel file in .csv format.
I have PXI 2503, 2503, 6534, 6052E, 4060 along with the chassis pxi-1042.
i swapped computer same problem exist in the same chassis..
my only option is to swap out the 2503 cards because i have done so for the other cards...
i have the same software and labview version on all test systems...

I want to make sure I am understanding your situation correctly.  I am assuming your three PXI controllers are running Windows.

All three controllers have the same hardware installed.
All three controllers are running the same LabVIEW Developement version.
All three controllers are running the exact same VI that is logging data to a .cvi file.
When you swap a controller from a PXI chassis that is not experiencing the leak into a the chassis that is experiencing the leak the first controller now experiences the leak.
You are observing this leak in Windows Task Manager.

my pxi is running with a dell computer.
i used to have an embedded controller in my pxi chassis, but i was experiencing the leak throught windows tasks manager, so i am thinking that i should go wtih a dell computer..
i changed my embeddeb system to a dell with pxi-8331 and pci-8331 and now i am pacing the same leak..

now...
all of my systems have the same pxi, same dell computer model. same labview software, same labview VIs.
but my system that had a leak still have the leak.
i swapped computer, swapped chassis, swapped everything except for the 2503 cards. and the leak is still there...

"When you swap a controller from a PXI chassis that is not experiencing the leak into a the chassis that is experiencing the leak the first controller now experiences the leak. "

that's correct

Memory leaks are exclusively caused by issues relating to software and not hardware; therefore I do not believe the isssue is being caused by your relay module.  Are you experiencing this memory leak while using TestStand, or a stand alone VI?

i am facing memory leak while leaving the teststand running for hours/days. it hit the maximum and doesnt leak at 1990MB/2645MB.
the hardware was not the issue as i found out yesterday and your help. i am trying to run stand alone vi to see what vi is causing the leak...

my report is saving data into .csv file...

in the mean time of the testing, i do have xy graph that display in the front screen, ..

i think that during the writing data vi is where my leak is..but i dont understand why the other two system don't have the same problem..
