message box stored results clearing

I have come across a situation where I ask the operator for an input using the Message Popup step type and if the operator executes the sequence more the 2 times in row the message box flashes on the screen but does not stop and allow the operator to input the message. I need to know how to ensure that the message box stops every time for the operator to input the data required for the next step evaluate the input. The only way to ensure this now is the operator must close TestStand and restart for every UUT.

Its shouldn't do that, it should stop every time. What TestStand version are you using and is the Default MessagePopUp Step Type?

I have TestStand 3.1 and this is the default MessagePopUp Step type. Sometime you can run the sequence more 2 times, but 2 seems to be the magic number.

I have never seen this case where the message popup box does not pause the execution.  Do you have a quick example sequence that reproduces the issue?
