niembrt.dll missing error message on startup

I have a Win2000 NI PXI machine that always comes up with niembrt.dll missing at C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Max\Experts and from C:\WinNT\System32 and etc..
Apart from that error on start-up, I do not have any problems at all on the machine
Does any one know why this error is being generated and any simple fixes.
Does it need MAX to be re-installed.
I am attching the software installations report  on the machine

Hi,

When you say startup, do you windows startup or your application startup?

Have you forgot to install an LabVIEW FPGA module or embedded RT module or something similar?

I meant by Windows Start-Up.
I don't use LAbview. Also the dll location was mentioned as in MAX directory. Does it mean some thing to do with NI-MAX?

Hi,

What hardware do you have in the PXI Chassis, this dll relates to certain types of hardware and software installed on a machine. From your software list I cannot see anything straight away that would rely on this. Can you give me a list of the hardware and I'll take a look at this for you.

Also, if you search the hard drive on the PXI chassis, can you find this dll anywhere?

Hai,

Thanks for the reply,

I couldn't  find this DLL any where on the the harddrive. It also didn't effected any of he functionality of the machine

The Hardware I use are NI 4070 DMM, NI 6533 DIO, NI2503 Mux card, NI 2565 Relay card and all of these instuments are working fine without any errors

Thanks

Hi,
says the niembrt.dll is actually used by the 7041 card. Since you're not using it, then everything should be fine.
You need to go back to the DAQ drivers (since the 7041 and 7030 are embedded rt controllers with a DAQ board), and uninstall any RT components that show up, especially since you're not using realtime as you said you don't have LabVIEW.

Hope that helps.

Thanks
Sacha.
