Did you mean:

"view data" get run-time error: -2147024770(8007007e) of database viewer, why?

I have made an access connection database used to log data of test result,
but after my reinstall system from Win2k to winxp, when I want to open database file (.mdb), I get the run-time error: 8007007e

I used the Microsoft JET OLEDB 4.0 provider and microsoft access 2003 which create a mdb file formatted of access 2000.

I have tried to reinstall teststand but get the same trouble again.

what does that trouble mean and how can I overcome that?

According to the error: 8007007e, it does not seem that there is something with TestStand, and it is also be proved that reinstalling TestStand did not make sense. You can google the error with such as keywords "8007007e access", and you'll find the following result: Microsoft Access: Error message: Runtime error '-2147024770 . So the reason maybe the issue about different Access versions.

I am not sure how you handle the database file in TestStand. Do you mean you want to use Access 2003 to invoke the .mdb file saved with the format of Access 2000 via TestStand?
