As you can see in the attached screenshot the teststand 4.2.1 report options dialog is missing the OK and Cancel buttons.
As far as I know, the dialog is build in modellsupport2.dll. So I tries allready to fix that by moving away the Teststand user directory and by reinstalling Teststand from installation media ( to make sure that there is no broken modellsupport2.dll) . But no success so far. Any other ideas to fix that ?

I believe this is tied to Windows' DPI settings, or possibly using a custom Windows theme (but it looks like you are using Windows classic).
In Windows XP, you can adjust your DPI by opening the Display applet in the Control Panel, on the Settings tab click Advanced, and there will be a dropdown on the General tab of the dialog that opens.

Hi Markus,
it would also be interesting to know if this is the only machine on which the error occurs. Did you try to install the same version of TestStand on a different machine? Does the error also show up?

It's only one PC, where I see this problem. Another installation is OK.

Hi Markus,
Things to try:
1) Windows DPI settings as advised before
2) Clean reinstall of TestStand: Remove TestStand using the installer, Delete the TestStand installation directory in %Prog%\National Instruments\TestStand 20XX\, Install TestStand from installation media
3) Copy modelsupport2.dll from the machine on which the problem does not occur to your machine
4) Do a complete reinstall of Windows + TestStand if possible
Greetings,
Benjamin
