hi, i am looking for resources on how to create a step by step instruction that will prompt a user for step by step instructions for testing.
do you know what book i can buy? link i can look at?
i want to do something like this

What eactly are you looking for. Are you looking for a way to show the user some type of document or are you looking for a way to show a series of popups to a user, or are you looking for a specific typoe of control like the one in teststand.

reading from a logged file..and if all the steps are completed. it will say PASS?

Are you using LV or are you using Teststand for the automation test engine.
