scanner not working

hello!

please excuse me as i am a newbie.

i have been using NI Crio for programming and testing PCBA.

suddenly, my barcode scanner stopped working.

it has power and beeps, but could not scan barcode labels.

when i plug to other devices, scanner is okay. i suspect the NI Crio 9703 has malfunctioned.

any idea to what has happened?

There might be a problem with the hardware, but first it'd be a good idea attaching the code so that I'm sure the problem is not in the code.
