I'll answer your question with a solid yes and no. The no comes in the fact that you can not simply select one stationglobals.ini over another on a certain run. However, it is possible to change the ENTIRE configuration directory. You can do this by going to Configure >> Station Options in the Preferences tab. There is a Configuration Directory selection where you can change where TestStand looks for the configuration files. The caveat here is that you should also have a TestExec.ini file and other necessary configuration files in the alternative cfg folder so that your other options do not return to their defaults. It's not the most straight forward of methods as it does require a restart of the TestStand .exe (whether it be the Sequence Editor or the Operator Interface), but a thought to consider.
