using a 7.1 program on 8.2 with missing block diagrams

I have created a program in LabView 7.1 and would like to send it to collaborators who have version 8.2. However, my program contains some VIs that were downloaded from a source a long time ago and do not have block diagrams. There seems to be difficulty in accessing my program with version 8.2 due to the missing blcok diagrams. Is there any way around this problem?

Not sure why you posted to the TestStand board but in any case, there is no way around the problem. Without a block diagram (the source code), a newer version of LabVIEW does not the ability to recompile the old version. The old VIs would have to be recreated. Do you know what they are supposed to do?
