Is there an existing current time custom workspace object

is there a custom workspace object that displays current time (human readable). I have a VxWorks target and it represents teh absolute tiem in Mac Epoch. I would like to show the actual time.

I can select a numeric indicator for absolute time and change its format to Date Time...it seems to show the PM and todays date, but the font is so big I can't see anything else.  Can I change the font of this as I wait for an existing workspace object or make my own...
