Critical Mesurements for process industry.
How does your application solves the above mentioned challenge/problem:
By interfacing diffrent sensors and devices with the labview by Diffrent NI I/O cards we can get high speed and acurate data which is not possible in any other I/O devices
like PLC and DCS etc. We have used Ultrasonic Level Sensor Which gives output in the Micro Seconds and we have read that output in labview by NI9401 card.

Project Discription :
Our project consists of three parameter named Level, weight and batch process. Three of this are main parameter which is to be controlled in cement industry or any process industry.
For level measurement, we are using ultrasonic level sensor for measuring level. It works on time of travel principle. This sensor is a high performance ultrasonic range finder. It is compact and measures amazingly wide range from 2cm to 4m.
For measuring weight we are using load cell. It uses the strain gauge principle. As the pressure applied to the strain gauge, its resistance would change and by that way we can measure weight.
For batching system we have developed one module with the help of two single point load cell.
