Description of Project:
A leisure walk down the road may bring you strange experiences of speeding vehicles, rash driving, etc. leading to insurmountable traffic ending with serpentine queues and pandemonium among the public. Of late there is increase in number of accidents ultimately increasing the casualties. The reasons for the mishaps are many but drunken driving is the root cause for all the devastations. Prima facie - an efficient system which aims to mitigate rather solve the aforementioned irregularities is the need of the hour. The project consists of multiple modules which when integrated helps in materializing the primary requisite of safe driving. The project aims at assisting the chauffeurs in driving safe the vehicle to pavilion. In order to address different issues, the project is imbibed with many modules such as
1. Alcohol concentration – To check the alcohol content
2. Abnormal pulse rate – Inspecting the health
3. GSM and GPS technologies – Route Mapping
4.Vibration & Obstacle sensing – To detect some accident causing actions & preventing it.
All the above mentioned modules when put together help in fructifying the vision of our project. The proposed project consists of modules comprising of hardware prototypes and software applications working in a coordinated fashion.
