Project Title:

Smart Fan Regulation by Soft Switching Technique using LabView

What challenge/problem are you trying to solve through your application:

                                                       We are trying to reduce the power consumption in the fans through our proposal and thereby reducing the overall power consumption.

How does your application solves the above mentioned challenge/problem:

                                                      By proposing a new regulation technique we made to reduce the power consumption in fans and thus the overall power consumption can be reduced much.

Description of Project:

                                                   With the help of temperature and humidity sensor we made to switch the fans(2 fans) between series and parallel. The fan will be operating in series when the humidity level is high/ the temperature level is low and it will be operating in parallel when the humidity is low/temperature is high.

                                                   Thus in series connection the power consumed by both the fans are half of that it consume in the parallel connection and thus large amount of power consumption has been reduced and ofcourse the speed of the fan also controlled based on our need.

                                                   The LabView Programming is used to monitor the power in both the conditions and to swtich between both the conditions.
