WIRELESS MONITORING AND GOVERNING OF INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENTS USING SCADA

Hardware: Zigbee Technology, Microcontroller

Software : Labview-2011

What challenge/problem are you trying to solve through your application:

1. Improper maintainance of waterlevel to the boiler.

2. Imbalance in speed of conveyor motors due to loss of load.

3. Decentralized control unit.

4. Delayed response.

How does your application solves the above mentioned challenge/problem:

1.Centralized control by LabVIEW.

2. Quick response is assured.

Description of Project:

     Our project is to implement the automation through wireless monitoring and gverning of industrial equipments using LabVIEW software by SCADA technology. The PIC microcontroller is used to sense the status of each equipments's status by means of the respective sensors.
