AUTOMATIC Number Recognition for PARKING System and Toll Collection

What challenge/problem are you trying to solve through your application:
By choosing this project our aim is to reduce the resourse wastage and to increase the
ease of the drivers to park their vehicle without the need of man power and assistance for
authorities to find wanted cars.
How does your application solves the above mentioned challenge/problem:
this project minimize the need for man power and time by enabling
the automatic tokening process and also to increase the ease of parking for the drivers
without waiting for others departure.
Description of Project:
Our Project is to provide an alternate solution where the numbers in the number
plates are recognized automatically. Using NI Smart Camera, the images are captured
and the system is trained to learn the numbers as well as characters. This is accomplished
using Vision Builder. Once the system is trained, the number plate image is acquired
using Smart Camera. After capturing the image, the number and characters in the plate is
recognized.
Also our project aims to reduce this resource wastage by introducing “Automatic
token allotment and parking assistance systems”. In real time application, Automatic
token allotment and parking assistance system is based on “Automatic Number
Recognition”(ANR) technology .
