WE DONT HAVE CAN ANALIZER SO WE HAVE PROBLEM TO WHETER  IT WORK PERFECTLY...OR NOT WE HAVE DEVLOP EXTRA CODING TO KOW...SOME CAN CHIP IS NOT AVALIVBELE IN IT SIMULINK

How does your application solves the above mentioned challenge/problem:

EXTRO CODE EXTRA DESIGN PART WAS CARRIED TO SOVLE PROBLEM WITHOUT ANALIZER

Description of Project:

The CAN bus was  developed  in early  90s for automotive  electronics. Currently  CANis being used  in different areas  like  automotive industrial  control  medical instrumentation .  The  CAN  protocol  provides the  following  features Maximum   speed  of data  transfer  for communication .

  • Highly  immune  to EMI(Electromagnetic   interference) so that, having  good error  handling  mechanism.
  • Data  security is  also high.
  • Supports   million of devices in number   of nodes   considering distance  between them.
  • Efficient  performance is  achieved    as size of  data  does not matter, because  is  support 8 bit, 16 bit and 32 bit  data transfer   as well   by using  frame  structure.

Our   contribution is,  we  have used   can  with 29 bit  identifier,  which leads  to  connecting the devices  on  the network,   more  than 11 bit  identifier   mode. CAN based  network    separate CAN controller  and CAN transceiver   connected  to microcontroller.  Here,we are  using CAN IP  of  free scale microcontroller,  this  leads to reduction   in PCB  size and  cost  of production.  It  also consists  of  on chip  ADC  which leads  to  further reduction  in  hardware on board   and   cost.

Our work is  implementation  of sensor s  for  monitoring the  temperature  and communicatingAmong  the  network using  the protocol   CAN . successful  implementation   of CAN  leads  to decentralization   of  control system   in  automotive and  industrial  control system.Devices  in  the network   which   receive s the  temperature   data are  capable  of taking  decisions.  CAN  is  protocol of  serial  communication   that allows  the  control of  systems  distributed in real  time   with high  level  of safety.
