Project Information

Project Title: patient monitoring by artificial lighting

Hardware & Software Used:

  Software: NI LabVIEW

What challenge/problem are you trying to solve through your application:

As you know that it is very difficult for a doctor to monitor a hospitalized patient continuously

in hospitals. Only relatives of patient are stood with patient 24 hours. If any circumstace occurs to the patient, they don't know about the patient situation untill doctor or nurse inspect the patient.

How does your application solves the above mentioned challenge/problem:

I have discovered a room light that enables to detect the condition of a patient  in every 10 seconds by

interconnecting this system to EMG, ECG and temperature. Room light tells the patient condition by changing its colour and can easily  understand by patient relatives. Immediately they will  informing to doctor or nurse without going to critical stage.
