10409 error when using 653X

Hello, I am working with the PXI 6533, and I am getting the error message 10409. It was recommended that the reset device be put proceeding the DIO config. How should the reset be configured?

Hi Andrea,

I believe you were looking at KB 3ELCMNHL . Please see the picture below for how to reset your device. You can do this at the very beginning or end of your program.
