5610 fails self-test with error -200020

Hi,

My 5610 fails the self-test with error -200020.  I found and executed the Self Test Internal vi from the 5th post of this NI PXI forum thread

to find that the 5610 "Failed to lock the YIG PLL"  but passes the other tests.  Any suggestions?

Hello Chris,

Make sure the clock connections are done correctly and in MAX it is associated with the arb. Also try this KB I found online. If the problem still remains then I assume the HW may be bad, and  in that case you might want to call NI send it in for repair.
