Can you try just performing one at a time to ensure both can be set independently?
Also looking at the previous reply it looks like he decommits the User Command line. I wonder if this affects the code running two commands back to back?
Also, since this thread is a year old and has a marked solution, I think you would get more activity if you open a new thread for this question. You can put a link to this one as a reference.
