Hi, when programming under labwindows the software crashes cvi, and windows NT and i get the blue screen of death...usually every hr or so. I checked the hw config and there are no conflicts. Is it normal to share IRQ 9 for all? is there a document that explains the I/O map addresses for the pxi to check for conflicts? I got all NI instruments, but one irig board. Currently only talking to the DMM and the switch.
Many of the IRQs in a system get shared, so I do not see that as a problem, especially since there are no conflicts in the device manager. The I/O ranges that are set are the ones that you needs to use. I think that the errors you are getting are more than likely something to do with you program. Do you know which card you are communicating with when it fails?
