I have a Pxie-4190 and have the SHDB13W6-4TRIAXM-LL cable on order. Together, they will be used to perform LCR measurements on a device inside a test fixture during manufacturing. In order to facilitate this, I will need to order additional triax cables to go from the SHDB13W6-4TRIAXM-LL breakout cable to the device under test. I want to make sure to spec out the proper triax cable and am wondering what impedance cable to buy? What is the impedance on the SHDB13W6-4TRIAXM-LL triax cables?
