Can I use RS-485 to achieve RS-422 function?

We have 3 PXI-8421 cards and we want to design a serial port with fuctions like this:
The host computer has 4 signal lines: computer receive signal(+),computer receive signal(-),computer request(+),computer request(-).
These features look like a RS-422 port.
Can I use 485 to achieve 422's function?

Yes! The PXI-8421 (and 8431) RS-485/422 interfaces can operate in either RS-485 or RS-422 networks. In your case, you'll need to connect just TX+, TX-, RX+, and RX- and likely operate in "four-wire" mode (though this may depend on your topology).
