Hi, I am designing a new system in a VPX chassis. In my VPX chassis, the system module controlls peripheral cards through PCI-Express Gen2 ×4 bus. Here, I plan to use PXIe-5840(design a PXIe peripheral slot in my backboard). I have no need to use PXI_TRIGn, PXI_STAR, PXI_CLK10, PXIe_CLK100+/-, PXIe_SYNC100+/-, PXIe_DSTARA/B/C. Now I'm wondering if i can use them like this? After install PXIe-5840's driver on my system board in my VPX chassis, can I see the PXIe-5840 board in my computer? Can I configure PXIe-5840 through C code?thanks.
