Can't identify my PXI-1033 CHASSIS

I have a whole new NI PXI-1033 + NI-PXI4461 + NI-PXI4462

My DAQmx version is 9.2.2 + MAX 4.7.1 f8

My PXI Platform is 2.5.6

When I try to get some signal from all of the PXI channel from signalExpress2010

It shows some error, and say I have to identify something in MAX. (as pic.1)

But in fact, I can't identfy it in MAX. (as pic.2)

I can choose "PXI-1033", but it well restore to "unidentify" after refresh this page.

Pls help me....

Hello.

If you just bought this whole PXI system from NI recently and cannot install successfully, I guss there's problem in your desktop PC or laptop PC.

May I know the desktop/laptop brand name and model name?

Can you try another PC ?

Can you upgrade your PC BIOS?
