Make sure that you are using Traditional NI-DAQ because NI-DAQmx is not designed for VB 6.0. Have you tried running your program on another system? In order to really help resolve this issue I need to know some basic information about your setup: Operating System, version of NI-DAQ, which DAQ card/device are you using, and some details on which functions you are using in your code. If you are using a third-party instrument make sure that you have obtained the latest software drivers for your instrument:
 Search Instrument Driver Network.
