Error 550 when connecting to PXI-8187 FTP Server

We have been connecting remotely via FTP to a PXI-8187 for a few years now. We have encountered a strange problem where we get the following error when trying to upload or download a file. No matter how big the file is. Have tried this with a 1KB file and a 1MB file.

550 Could not open file

I have tried connecting with multiple ftp clients, WSFTP, CUTEFTP and Windows built in FTP.

However I can see all the files when i connect using any FTP client and i can also DELETE any files.

Any suggestions?

Hi Con,

I'm assuming that your PXI controller is running LabVIEW Real-Time.  Is this correct?  (What version are you using?)

Are you using the FTP VIs in active mode or passive mode?
