Error: Mutex/CritSec Deadlock on PXIe-8135

I have being seeing this error from past month now. Every time I see this error I just restart the whole RT system. Restart fixes the error but it occurs again later. Problem with this is I am unable to understand when it occurs.

Have anyone experienced the same problem before? Please suggest me on how to resolve this issue.

I am attaching the error image as well.

Hi Sumanth22,

A few initial questions:

• When does this error occur? Is it at power-up? right when you start an application? after the application has been running for a while?
• What does your program do? What software is deployed to your controller?
• What is your complete hardware breakdown in your PXI chassis?
• Can you post your crash error log? To do this, right click the target in NI MAX and go to View Error Log, then choose the timestamp for the appropriate crash and click "Create Report."

Sorry for the late reply. I just resolved the issue. I was using same VI twice at the start of the code (VI consists of relay modules). Once I made those VIs to run in series then it is working fine.
