Fault insertion using PXI-2530B Multiplexer/Matrix card?

Hi everyone, 

I am a bit confused with the functionality of PXI-2530B (128-Channel Reed Relay Multiplexer/Matrix).
Is it possible that I can use this card for fault insertion i.e. pin-to-pin, pin-to-ground, and pin-to-supply?? As it is stated that it is a multiplexer **bleep** matrix card. 
Any lead on this would be a great help.

You could use it as a fault insertion module provided the max. current rating of the reed relays (0.4A) is not exceeded.

For example, you can use 4x32 Matrix configuration,

You can connect r0 to supply, r1 to ground and use the r1 & r2 to route the pin-pin short.
