How can I log a PXI system with RT on a network?

I had a PXI System that I want to conect to a network. Usually if I use my pc I have to use a login and a password to log-on the network (DNS and Gateway) but if I use that configuration with the PXI, and I try to make a ping from other computer on the network there´s no responso so I don´t know how to access to the PXI system from the network

Javier,
It sounds like the PXI RT system has not been configured yet. Before it is configured the PXI RT system will report an IP address of 0.0.0.0. This is not a real IP address. It just indicates that it is unconfigured. For information on configuring the PXI RT chassi see the installation wizard (www.ni.com/suport/install).
