How can I use LabVIEW RT with the PXI-8146 RT controller?

I have PXI-8146 RT controller and PXI-8423 double RS-485 interface, in PXI-1031 chassis, and also LabVIEW 7.1 PDS.
How I can get my GPIB and RS-232 on-board ports together with two RS-485 ports on remote systems in MAX? Which software I need to install to get them running?
