How do you convert PXI Controller to real-time?

I have a PXI controller, LabVIEW Real-Time Module, and a Real-Time Run-Time Deployment License. How do I convert the PXI Controller to a real-time target. The controller did not come pre-installed with the run-time license and LabVIEW Real-Time Engine.
