How to config P0.0 read enable and P0.1 write enable by using PXIe-7975R&NI 6581B

I found that I can only set P0.0 to P0.7 in the same mode (read or write) in PXIe-7975R & NI 6581B , but how can I set P0.0 write while P0.1 is read mode.😫
