I was using LV 2019. Lately, I installed LV 2020. Unfortunately, I faced compatibility problems (to the level of not being able to make use of the hardware) with my old PXI-8106. It is listed as unsupported by PXI Platform Services 20.0 which I didn't know when I was upgrading.
Now I want to revert to 2019 "ecosystem" which worked well (despite my PXI is listed as incompatible with PXI Platform Services 19.0 too 🙂 ).
I uninstalled all the LV versions and everything that had version "20.0" . After reinstalling LV 2019 version and DAQmx 19.0 there is still a problem. When I open "Devices and Interfaces" list in NI MAX I get the message, that "PXI Platform Services 20.0 runtime requires equivalent version of PXI Platform Services to display you system in MAX". Surprisingly, NI MAX shows PXI-PS 20.0 runtime in Software list (despite all my prior uninstalling efforts)
I think, I need to remove/downgrade PXI Platform Services runtime to 19.0 but I don't know how to do it. NI Package Manager shows only PXI Platform Services 19.0, not 20. As mentioned above, NI MAX shows 20.0 runtime in Software list, but It's not possible to manage Software from that place.
Any suggestions please?
