I need a (Certificate) Letter of Volatility for the PXIe-8130. Does anyone know where to get this?

I want to use my PXIE-8130 Turion 64 X2 2.3 GHz High Bandwidth Controller in a classified environment.  Security requires that I have a Certificate of Volatility for the Hardware.  Can someone point me to it?
