Hello Ryan,
As noted in this post, the PXI-5610 is part of the PXI-567x series RFSG devices and, as such, is documented in the "NI PXI-567X Specification" here and the NI RF Signal Generators Getting Started Guide here. Is there anything specific that you were looking for?

I want to do some amplifier IMD testing and have 1x PXI-5652 but need a 2nd generator. Can PXI-5610 be used with RFSG SFP by itself ie: without an AWG (5421/5441/5442) to generate CW?

Chris,
I would recommend opening a new thread for this question to get more visibility since this thread is 12 years old. To answer your question though, I don't believe a 5610 will be able to generate a CW by itself since it is just an RF upconverter. You would need a separate signal generator to produce an IF signal before upconverting it with the 5610.
Best,
Daniel
