Is there anyone who used PXI-8431?

HI I have some problem with my PXI-8431.

at my computers max it reads as PXI0:10-14.0:INSTR "PXI2Slot7."

However when I connect it to my coworkers computer it reads normal as PXI -8431/2

I literally have no idea why this is happening.

Is there someone who can help me?

The VISA version was correct.

What chassis and controller are you using?

I guess you are using a MXI remote controller? What are the computer models of both cases? You might want to take a look at MXI-Express Compatibility and Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide

Do you have NI-Serial installed? This should be the driver you need for proper identification.

Yes I did Installed Serial.

The version was 21.5
