Keeping IEPE on when rerunning tasks

We have a setup where data is collected with one waveform output in one task, the waveform changed, the task is reset then collects again.  Unfortunately, the IEPE conditioning goes down for a very brief moment everytime the reset happens and there is a very long settling time for the IEPEs. Is there a way to keep IEPE conditioning on during the task reset so that we don't have to wait for the IEPEs to settle every time?
