I have a PXIe-8840 controller in a PXIe-1084 chassis with a PXIe-8384 PXI Bus Extension Module in Slot 2 of the chassis. It is connected to a PXIe-8381 PXI Remote Control Module in an PXIe-1071 expansion chassis. When the PXIe-1071 is on, MAX hangs when I expand the "Devices and Interfaces". It just continues to report searching, I let it sit for over 10 minutes. Also, my program hangs when I call NISysCfgFindHardware.
When the PXIe-1071 is not on, everything works. MAX finds the PXIe-8384 and my program also finds it.
How would the expansion chassis and PXIe-8381 show up in Device Manager?
What drivers do I need?
