MOSFET Test System

Hello together,

i found an interesting Test System for MOSFETS, which could help me in my current work. But there are not much informations i can find about this. The only thing i found was this:

Do you know where i can find further informations about this topic?

Do i have to buy all the devices i find on this website? And which software will run these tests?

Looks like the automated test solution was put together by Project Integration LLC using NI Hardware and custom software. NI does not have a ready to use offering for MOSFET testing, you can develop your own test system using NI Hardware and custom software or reach out to an Alliance partner to do that for you.
