Measure simultaneously temperature and voltage using the 4351

I am looking for a vi that we enable me to measure simultaneously voltage and temperature with the NI-4351. The examples that come with Labview and measure one of the two work fine, the others (multible) produce an error.

There more examples for the 435X that use the specific driver for the 435x. This is available at 435x Drivers and Updates page
This provides functions that are a little easier to understand and modify that the DAQ function call seen in the LabVIEW examples. Once you install the 435X driver, go a new VI and open the functions palette got Instrument I/O » Instrument Drivers » NI 435x » Examples » Getting Started with multiple transducers. This example will allow you to measure thermocouples and voltage.

That said I should let you know that, although the 435x has multiple ranges which affect the gains, only one gain is used per configured scan. For examp
le if you measure 10 V and then try and measure a thermocouple (mV levels) in the same scan, the device will select the higher range and gain and your thermocouple reading will not be accurate. If you must measure a wide range of voltages then you will need to scan them separately and reconfigure the range settings each time.
