Hello everyone!
I search a way to acquire current signals ranging from 0 - 1 A with an accuracy of less than 1 mA and a sample rate of at least 1 ksample/s/channel. I would like an module/architecture which has most channels as possible.
An NI engineer offered me to combine the DMM card PXIe-4080 and the multiplexer card PXIe-2527. The DMM cards corresponds to my specification and the multiplexer allows me to increase the channels count. I am sure that this architecture works well for voltage acquisition.
However I am not convinced that this architecture work correctly for current acquisition.
Here a schematic showing why I think it is not adapted for my application. In this example I try too acquire current signal of 3 devices. I think the switch will create micro-breaks in the devices.
Someone can enlighten me one that subject pls?
