Hello,

Is it possible to output two independent signals simultaneously from NI-5421?

For example will like to output a 200KHz sine wave on CH0 and a 64MHz square on PFI0.

You can generate pulse at PFI line, but not 64MHz, since its frequency must conform with 100MS/s/N as shown in page 21 of http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/371477g.pdf.
