NI- 8310 Bus Card driver crashes when I try to install it

I'm trying to install the driver for a NI-8310 Bus Card. I get to the installation screen and hit next which takes me to the "Blue Screen" and reboots my computer.

Any idea's on what I might have done wrong?

What operating system are you installing the driver on?

What is the step that gives you the blue screen?

I am running Windows XP 2002 w/service pack 2.

The blue screen appears as soon as I hit the next button on the install screen for the 8310 drvier.
