NI PXI-8175 not powering up

Hi,

This PXI-8175 in not powering up. We've checked with the facility power & it's okay & there is no issue with the supplu power. When we turn on th swith the SMPS inside the chasis is not powering up, suspecting may be the SMPS gone bad.

I'd appreciate if you can send somebody from your end to our facility to check the system as I can not send the chasis to your end as it's a custom bonded material.

Best Regards,

Hi Tushar,

It may be possible for a field engineer to visit your site locally. However this engineer would be unable to affect any modifications or repairs, and would only be able to verify that the 8175 has malfunctioned and indeed needs repair. At this point, the unit would need to be sent into us.

In order to initiate an return merchandise authorization, please give our technical support a call at 1-866-275-6964, so we can obtain all the required information from you.

Knowing this information, if you'd still like to have a field engineer visit you, please reply with your company name, and location of the facility so we can verify which individuals serve your region. You can alternatively call in to the number listed above to speak with one of our support engineers.
