Hi Joao,

There should be a sticker with your serial number on it on the inside of your PXI controller. Specifically, if you look on the underside of the circuit board with the PXI connector on it, you will see the National Instruments logo right next to the sticker.

I'm not sure if the # that you provided is the serial number (by the NI logo) for your controller; I have been unable to find a match on my end. At this point, I would recommend that we continue to work together offline via email; I am very glad to help you find the serial number, track down your order, and see if the controller was ordered without a dual-boot option, or if something went wrong on the NI end. Could you please post your email address?

For any other forum browsers out there: NI PXI controllers ordered with a dual-boot option should be shipped to you with two partitions that are ready to be used out of the box. If for some reason this is not the case and you recall ordering your controller with a dual-boot option, please contact NI and we are very glad to help see what happened.
