PCIe-8398 data throughput enough to remove NI RAID chassis

Hello!  I am looking to upgrade our system to some more modern hardware, and one of the things I'd like to do is get away from the NI branded RAID chassis, as it has given us some issues in the past.  Would the data throughput of the PCIe-8398 allow for streaming to an internal raid to my PC?  We take data for long periods at 5-15kHz and short bursts at up to 80-90kHz.

To maximize the usable bandwidth of the PXIe chassis, it is best to use an embedded controller with matching or better bandwidth than the chassis and use a PXIe RAID card like the one from NI or RADX

That makes sense. I should have clarified, if we go with the PCIe-8398, then we would also be purchasing a PXIe-8398 as well

So, as per the documentation, you can theoretically go up to 16GB/s

You mentioned of the sampling rate up to 90kHz but failed to mention the actual instrument and number of channels.
